MORNING: 9am-lunch time: caucuses of the member orgs (kamalaysayan, salika, sanib-sigla, etc. -- see http://saniblakas.8m.net/#pamayanan for list of member-orgs) at their own chosen tables in the gen. area; 1-6pm (entire website to be updated before Nov. 20.)
AFTERNOON: 1 pm-6 pm: Plenary in the function room.
